As you are aware, on February 24, 2022, Russia invaded and occupied areas of Ukraine. Tens of thousands of people on both sides have died due to the invasion, which has also sparked the biggest refugee crisis in Europe since World War II. By June, about 8 million Ukrainians were internally displaced, and by March 2023, more than 8.1 million had left the nation.

During my trip to Europe with Pablo (Max el Viajero on Youtube), we saw lots of messages against the war in Ukraine.

Everywhere.

It is hard to understand that it has been over a year in spite of worldwide condemnation.

On September 23, while in Vienna, we could witness the "Spirit of War" street photo exhibit in Stephansplatz by artist Oksamytnyi Volodymyr.

The international charitable photo exhibition “Spirit of War” 🇺🇦 shows images of the destruction caused in different cities of Ukraine: Irpin, Kharkiv, Borodyanka, Vinnytsia, Kyiv.

About the photos, the photographer said "With each press of the camera, the memory card was filled with photos, and the heart with pain"

It is a very emotional selection of photos, making you feel all the feels.

As a photographer, this was my way of honoring and documenting his work.

I just hope this senseless war stops very soon.

Sending all my love to the Ukrainian people.
