I just visited Dallas, Texas, for the first time and my wanderlust spirit was so happy after such a long time without traveling because of Covid.
From all the places I visited and photographed, my absolute favorite was The Truck Yard at The Colony!
The Truck Yard is a beer garden and adult playground and it is just so much fun for portraits.
My first thought when I entered was "this is such a great spot for photos"... and magical it was, indeed.
From the old car entryway to the vintage decoration in every corner, it's so unique.
If you are on the fence about getting photos done:
- Find a flowy dress... or wear jeans and boots!
- Remember to combine colors and textures
- Grab a beer, or two, at the Truck Yard
- Have fun and enjoy epic portraits!
