What a happy day!
Today, my baby sister is turning 27!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BABY SISTER!!!!!!
I was ten years old the day my sister was born: a day like today but 27 years ago.
I remember going to school and, around noon, her father went to pick me up. I was so excited to get to the hospital to meet her. And there she was : a tiny teeny baby. Twenty-seven years later and she is my best friend and we are twins at heart.
Today, I celebrate you so. Although, I celebrate your birth every single day cause I can't believe how lucky I am to have you as a sister!
But I was thinking about the many reasons why I am grateful for you. So, I decided to share some of them.
27 reasons I am grateful for you
I am grateful because:
- you are my baby sister.
- you are the best present my Mom ever gave me.
- we rarely fight.
- if we do disagree on something, it lasts 5 minutes.
- you are the best sister EVER.
- you are my best friend.
- you call me Mani.
- you are my person.
- you trust me, and I trust you.
- you are a great daughter.
- you take care of our Mom as I am far and away.
- you inspire me to be better and to work harder so you can be proud of me.
- we are so far, but so close at heart.
- we are so different, but so twins at heart.
- you are always there for me, and support my dreams.
